Welcome to my teaching portfolio! I am currently a 5th year Health Psychology PhD student at North Dakota State University. Before joining NDSU, I completed my B.S. at Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, MI where I majored in psychology and minored in criminal justice. I am passionate about teaching psychology and recently completed the College Teaching Certificate at NDSU. I have taught Research Methods in Psychology (both online and in person) and Introduction to Health Psychology. I also lead a teaching brown bag in my department, in which we discuss empirical research in education and how to translate the research into our classroom policies and lesson plans.
